M&A in Belgium
The Belgian Company Law foresees a variety of forms of merger and
reorganization. For instance, two companies can be merged into a
new company, or one company can be absorbed in another. Two new
companies can also be formed as the result of a spin-off. Take-overs
of company or a part of a company are allowed.

Regulatory procedures or restrictions as for instance in public
takeover bids, tax consequences, changes of control, concentrations
